My name is Ewelina Dolata and I am an accredited coach at the AC (Association for Coaching) level and a certified Gallup talent coach.

My greatest passion is supporting people in discovering and developing their potential by working on their natural talents. For 12 years, I lived abroad – in Ireland and Australia – where I gained professional experience supporting people undergoing various life and career changes, both in an international environment and in Poland. I acquired most of my qualifications and competencies throughout over 10 years spent in Ireland, working in various business positions, especially in the IT industry, and also developing my skills in HR and management.

I see coaching as a development process based on a partnership, in which we work together towards a set goal, drawing on both scientific knowledge and practical tools. I know from my own experience how many challenges, but also opportunities, come from re-building your path.
That’s why my mission is to support clients in navigating important changes, building self-confidence, and finding satisfaction in life and work by better understanding their strengths.
